Hard Rock, Penn Interactive Voted Top Employers in 21st Annual Casino Gaming Executive Satisfaction Survey

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA and HORSHAM, PA (February 9, 2022) Seminole Hard Rock and Penn Interactive were voted Employers of Choice in the 21st Annual Casino Gaming Executive Satisfaction Survey, a critical benchmarking tool for the US gaming industry.

The survey, conducted by Bristol Associates, a nationwide executive search firm, and Spectrum Gaming Group, a global nonpartisan consultancy, is designed to help gaming companies attract, retain and motivate their executive talent by providing insight on executives’ overall attitudes and preferences toward their workplace and the industry.

Gaming executives for the second straight year voted Seminole Hard Rock as Employer of Choice among the Brick and Mortar Organizations, followed by Penn National Gaming and Station Casinos. In the iGaming and Mobile Sports Betting category, they selected Penn Interactive as Employer of Choice, followed by Hard Rock Online Casino and Caesars Interactive Entertainment.

The Survey analysis conveys how the attitudes and preferences of casino gaming professionals have changed since the prepandemic era and how they relate to overall market conditions.

“When Bristol and Spectrum launched this survey more than two decades ago, we knew enough to anticipate the unanticipated,” Spectrum Gaming Managing Director Michael Pollock said. “The ongoing shocks from the COVID pandemic fall into that category. Like so many industries, gaming has to adapt to a new HR environment. This survey again offers a roadmap for meeting those changing demands.”

Bristol Associates’ President Benjamin Farber said, “To sum up 2021 in one word: resilience. Incredible growth spurts occurred as a result of the challenges faced. Since we began measuring worklife balance back in 2019, the value of this relatively new concept has drastically increased for society as a whole. In just a few years, this practice has grown from a consideration to a major focus. Remote work and work from home flexibility are now commonplace options that are intrinsically tied to our health, especially as we aim to put the pandemic in our rearview mirror.”

The 22nd Annual Survey will launch in Fall 2022.
