HORSHAM, PA (September 29, 2026) — Spectrum Gaming Group, the global leader in gaming industry regulatory advisory and policy development, announced today that Tim Miller, Former Executive Director of the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, and Founder of GamReg Consulting, will join their team as an independent Senior Regulatory Advisor. Miller brings more than 25 years of regulatory experience and a distinguished record of shaping modern gambling policy and regulatory frameworks across the United Kingdom and international markets.
At the UK Gambling Commission, Miller spent over a decade overseeing one of the world’s largest and most complex regulated gambling markets and played a pivotal role in delivering the most significant reform of the UK’s gambling regulatory framework in a generation, following the UK Government’s review of the Gambling Act.
During his tenure, Miller led the creation of the Gambling Survey for Great Britain, now one of the largest and most comprehensive gambling participation and prevalence studies globally. He also spearheaded development of the first National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms, establishing a coordinated, cross‑sector approach to harm prevention and reduction that has influenced policy discussions internationally.
Beyond the UK, Miller has advised governments and regulators across multiple jurisdictions on regulatory policy, market design, and reform. His international contributions include serving on the board of the Gambling Regulators European Forum, supporting model internet gaming legislation with the US National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS), and participating as a member of the UK Government’s Illegal Gambling Task Force.
