Chef – EE-TO-LEET-KE GRILL: The Grill Chef is responsible for overseeing all of the kitchen operations in the restaurant outlet. This includes menu concepts, recipes, costs and production, training of personnel, management of the progressive disciplinary system, health and sanitation standards and preparation and presentation of food.

Qualifications: Minimum of three to five years of culinary management experience in a high-volume kitchen required.

Beverage Service Assistant Manager: This position assists in the efficient and effective operation of the Food & Beverage department, to include restaurants, bars and casino floor service to provide a positive guest experience.

Qualifications: Three or more years of restaurant/lounge supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

Cash Operations – Cage Supervisor: Under the direction of the Cash Operations Manager, the position is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions. Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures. Manages cage inventory to include chip bank, main bank, check bank, front window and booth inventories.

Qualifications: One to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must also have one year of cage, banking and/or cashiering experience, and one year of supervisory experience.
