Farmington, NM (December 19, 2025) – Northern Edge Navajo Casino, a property of the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (Navajo Gaming), proudly participated in the annual Stuff the Bus Food Drive, helping collect 810 pounds of food in November to benefit the ECHO Emergency Food Bank and support families across San Juan County.
The food drive, held in partnership with local radio station KSJE 90.9 FM, invited community members, guests, and team members to donate non-perishable food items throughout the month. Donations collected at Northern Edge were delivered directly to ECHO, Inc. (Economic Council Helping Others), a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing hunger and economic hardship in the Four Corners region.
The 810 pounds of food collected at Northern Edge will help stock ECHO’s emergency food pantry, which serves individuals and families facing food insecurity by providing immediate assistance and access to supportive services.
“Northern Edge is proud to support initiatives that make a direct and meaningful impact in our community,” said a representative of Navajo Gaming. “The success of this year’s Stuff the Bus Food Drive reflects the generosity of our guests, team members, and community partners who came together to help neighbors in need.”
Navajo Gaming properties regularly participate in community-driven initiatives focused on food security, education, veterans support, and economic development throughout the Navajo Nation and surrounding communities.
